Here is a big power Integrated amplifier made by Technics model SU-V85a. This amp is rated at 100 watts RMS per channel and 0.002% THD. This is one of the best amps that Technics made in the late 80’s.
The amp features a discreet transistor output stage with a Class AA circuit rated to 10 watts RMS. Class A/B operation takes the amp to it’s full power rating of 100 watts RMS per channel. Note: This amp has high end build quality and is not part of any of the stereo rack series that Technics produced in the late 80’s early 90’s.
Power output: 100 watts per channel into 8Ω (stereo)
Frequency response: 20Hz to 20kHz
Total harmonic distortion: 0.002%
Damping factor: 60
Input sensitivity: 0.17mV (MC), 2.5mV (MM), 150mV (line)
Signal to noise ratio: 70dB (MC), 79dB (MM), 94dB (line)
Channel separation: 55dB (line)
Output: 150mV (line)
Speaker load impedance: 4Ω to 16Ω
Dimensions: 430 x 158 x 393mm
Weight: 11.7kg
The amplifier has a unique Class AA design that uses two amplifier circuits with next to zero audible distortion. This means clean undistorted sound at any volume level. The amplifier has a discrete output circuit using four large filter capacitors. This is a well made amp and has fantastic sound quality.
