Video showing Cardi B loudly attempting to break up a fight that night has surfaced amid claims of a dispute between the remaining Migos members Quavo and Offset that occurred at the Grammy Awards 2023 on Sunday night. According to sources, the argument happened before to Quavo’s performance of “Without You” in remembrance of his bandmate and nephew Takeoff, who was fatally shot in Houston last November, during the show’s “In Memoriam” segment.
Cardi B is the stage name of Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar Cephus (/blkliz lmaenzr/; born October 11, 1992), an American rapper. She first became well-known as an influencer on Instagram and Vine. She gained more notoriety after the release of her two mixtapes, Gangsta Bitch Music, Vol. 1 (2016) and Vol. 2 (2017), which chronicled her pursuit of her musical goals. She appeared as a regular cast member on the VH1 reality television series Love & Hip Hop: New York from 2015 until early 2017. (2017).
The Migos was a 2008-founded American hip-hop group based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The rappers Quavo, Takeoff, and Offset from the South originally made up the trio. Offset and Takeoff were born and raised in the nearby city of Lawrenceville, Georgia, while Quavo hails from Athens, Georgia. They are managed by Coach K, the former manager of Gucci Mane and Jeezy, and frequently collaborated with producers such as DJ Durel, Murda Beatz, Zaytoven, and Buddah Bless. Billboard noted that the trio “changed pop culture and the entire English language by bringing their North Atlanta roots to the mainstream” and that they were recognized for their contribution to trap music in the 2010s.
